New cabinet ministers arrive at Bangabhaban to take oath

The new ministers and state ministers have arrived at the Bangabhaban to take the oath. The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for 7:00 PM, and from around 5:30 PM, the ministers and state ministers have been arriving at the Bangabhaban in vehicles.

After arriving at the Bangabhaban, many of the new ministers talked to the journalists, expressing their sentiments. Faruk Khan, who has found a place in the new cabinet, stated that the biggest challenge for the current government is to uphold democratic continuity by thwarting internal and external conspiracies.

Saber Hossain Chowdhury said that there is a commitment within the Awami League for an inclusive election. Now, efforts will be made collectively to materialize that commitment.

State Minister Mohammad Arafat said he will strive to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to him by the ministry for the betterment of the country.

During the swearing-in ceremony, leaders from various levels of the Jatiya Party, apart from Chairman G. M. Quader, were present. Additionally, justices from the High Court, diplomats from different countries, and government officials holding various positions were also present at the Bangabhaban.
