Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu has assured that initiatives are being taken to establish a 'One-Stop Service Center' next to the Deputy Commissioner's office to ensure transparent and effective land services to the people of the country.

He said this while exchanging greetings with party leaders and well-wishers at a community center in Rajshahi city on Friday (February 27).

The minister said, "The government is working through teamwork to reduce the suffering of the people and modernize the land system. Our goal is to reduce harassment of land owners through one-stop service." He also said, "The Land Ministry is very complicated, and the people of the country have very little idea about this ministry."

It is also learned that DIG Mohammad Shahjahan of Rajshahi Range Police has given 'special instructions' to show that Awami League leaders and activists were arrested in other cases after they were released on bail from the court.

The Land Minister said in this regard, "This is the decision of the Home Ministry. It runs under the Ministry of Administration. I will take care of it. In fact, the country belongs to all of us. We all have the responsibility to protect the country's independence and sovereignty."
