Order to submit MPO bills of teachers, employees by September 18
To send the MPO money for September to private MPO-listed teachers and employees through EFT, bills must be submitted by September 18. The Directorate of Technical Education has directed heads of educational institutions to submit bills online by 3pm that day.
The directive was issued in a notice from the MPO branch of the directorate on Sunday, September 13.
The notice stated that the 'Bill Submit' option has been activated online for heads of institutions to send the MPO money for September 2026 through EFT. Institution heads must log in to the 'Temis' software and submit the September bill by going to the 'Monthly Salary Submission' option as per previous rules.
If there has been any change in the employment status of any MPO-listed teacher or employee, that must also be updated online. If anyone has died, resigned or retired, information must be entered by going to the 'Non-Government MPO Employee EFT Employee Status Change (iBAS++ Validated)' option.
Additionally, if it is necessary to partially or fully deduct or stop the salary of any teacher or employee as per rules due to temporary suspension, unauthorised absence or any other reason, that must also be mentioned while submitting the bill.
The directorate has advised institution heads to submit bills within the stipulated time. At the same time, the notice stated that the information provided by the institution head will be considered final in sending the MPO money of teachers and employees through EFT.
The notice mentioned that if there is a problem in sending the MPO money of any teacher or employee due to incorrect information, the responsibility will fall on the concerned institution head
