Osman Hadi to be buried beside Poet Kazi Nazrul

Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha, will be laid to rest beside national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam at the Dhaka University Central Mosque (DU Central Mosque).

A statement on Inqilab Mancha’s official Facebook page confirmed this, citing the family’s request.

Earlier at this evening, a BG-585 flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines caring his body landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 5:45pm.

His public homage at Dhaka University has been postponed to Saturday. His Namaaz-E-Janazah prayer will be held at Manik Mia Avenue after Zuhr.

Organizers have urged attendees to maintain discipline, as the body will not be on public display, and warned against any attempts to disrupt the proceedings.
