Pakistan Deputy PM visits Khaleda Zia at Gulshan

Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar visited BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia at her Gulshan residence on Sunday evening.

Dar arrived at Feroza, Khaleda Zia’s residence, at 6:56 pm. Earlier, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and Standing Committee member Dr. Zahid Hossain had also arrived at the residence around 6:15 pm.

Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP media cell, confirmed the visit, saying Dar came to check on the BNP chief’s health.

The Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister arrived in Dhaka on Saturday afternoon and was received at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport by Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Asad Alam Siam.

Following his arrival, Dar held meetings with representatives from BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, and the National Citizen Party (NCP).
