Patwary went to Jhenaidah to incite mob: Chhatra Dal secretary
Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal Secretary General Nasir Uddin has alleged that National Citizen Party chief organiser Nasiruddin Patwary went to Jhenaidah to incite a mob.
In a Facebook post on Friday afternoon, May 22, Nasir also shared photos of two armed individuals, claiming they were associates of Patwary.
"Nasiruddin Patwary is the most controversial, criticised and conflict-inciting figure in post-mass uprising politics in Bangladesh," the Chhatra Dal secretary wrote.
"He went to Jhenaidah on Friday to incite a mob, but the public there pelted him with eggs. The terrorists accompanying him then tried to fire at the public."
"The two armed individuals are Shibir terrorists," Nasir wrote, providing names and addresses of two individuals he claimed were with Patwary.
He urged local police to arrest the two armed terrorists immediately.
