PM sends gift to child who greeted him with flower during Jashore visit
BNP Chairman and main patron of 'Amra BNP Paribar' Prime Minister Tarique Rahman visited Jessore last Monday (April 27). When the bus carrying him carrying the slogan 'Sobar Agee Bangladesh' crossed the road in front of the Jashore Institute, a mother named Nilima stood with a baby in her arms and flowers to greet the Prime Minister.
When the matter came to light, the Prime Minister stopped the bus and got off the bus to see the child. The scene of this moment was widely shared on various media and social media, including Nilima's Facebook page.
Later, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman instructed his Additional Press Secretary Atiqur Rahman Rumon to send gifts for Nilima and her baby.
A delegation led by 'Amra BNP Paribas' member secretary, agriculturist Mokchedul Momin Mithun, went to Nilima's house and delivered the Prime Minister's gift on Thursday (April 30) afternoon.
Masud Rana Liton, member of 'Amra BNP Paribas', Rajidur Rahman Sagar, member secretary of Jessore District Volunteer Party, and many others were present at the time.
