PM Tarique Rahman attends DAB’s 37th founding anniversary event

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday (August 8) attended a programme marking the 37th founding anniversary of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB).

The event was held at the LD Hall of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban around 9:30am, with the formal proceedings beginning with the hoisting of the national and party flags by the prime minister.

Tarique Rahman was accompanied by his wife, Dr Zubaida Rahman.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, DAB President Prof Dr Harun Al Rashid and its Secretary General Dr Md Zahirul Islam Shakil were also present, along with other leaders and members of the organisation.

The programme brought together senior BNP leaders and representatives of the doctors’ organisation to mark DAB’s 37 years of activities.
