A special press conference will be held at the Prime Minister’s Office in Dhaka on Wednesday (September 16), although officials have not disclosed the subject of the briefing. The press conference is scheduled for 12pm at the Karabi Hall of the Prime Minister’s Office in Tejgaon, according to the Prime Minister’s Press Wing. Mahdi Amin, adviser to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s Office, Press Secretary Saleh Shibly, also a spokesperson for the office, and Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman are expected to attend, along with other officials. Officials have yet to provide details about what will be announced or discussed at the briefing.
