Registration opens for 360-hour technical board certificate course
Online registration has opened for students enrolled in the July-September 2026 session of the 360-hour National Skills Standard Basic Certificate Course under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).
The three-month programme is being offered through board-approved institutions, which have been instructed to complete students’ registration within the stipulated deadlines.
According to a notice issued by the board on Monday (August 31), institutions can enter students’ information online from August 31 to September 10. Registration payments must then be completed between September 6 and September 13 to finalise the process.
Institutions will be able to prepare the final student lists on September 16 and 17. They can also print registration cards during the same period on A4-size, 100 GSM offset coloured paper as specified by the board.
The total registration fee has been set at Tk 450 per student, including Tk 50 as the registration fee, Tk 300 as the examination fee and Tk 100 for the certificate.
To enrol in the course, applicants must have completed at least Class VIII or passed the JSC or JDC examinations.
A maximum of 50 students can be enrolled in each trade, comprising up to 40 regular students and 10 dropout students. However, a trade will be automatically cancelled if fewer than five students are enrolled.
Institutions must also clear all outstanding affiliation fees up to the 2025-26 fiscal year to complete the registration process.
The BTEB said the entire registration process must be completed through its designated e-service platform. Heads of the concerned institutions have been instructed to use the board’s e-service platform and complete the process within the prescribed deadlines.
