In a separate notification, the responsibilities of two of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's 10 advisors have been reassigned. Among those who have received new responsibilities are political advisor Nazrul Islam Khan and Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed.

Nazrul Islam Khan has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture in addition to his current responsibility as political advisor. Since the agricultural sector plays an important role in the country's economy and Nazrul Islam Khan's experience will be used in determining the government's policy to ensure food security.

On the other hand, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed has been given the responsibility of the Ministry of Industries in addition to his responsibility as political advisor. His experience will be used to expand the industrial sector, attract investment and accelerate technological development, according to government sources.

10 people were appointed as advisors in the new government led by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman with the rank of ministers and state ministers on February 17. The members of this board assist the Prime Minister in policy-making, administrative activities, political and economic advice.

Other members of the advisory board are responsible for various sectors. These include the economy, education, health, labor, environment and law and justice. This reallocation is expected to further strengthen the coordination of responsibilities and policies among government officials.

Government sources said that through the distribution of new responsibilities, development activities in various sectors of the country will be accelerated and services will be provided to the marginalized people quickly. The main objective is to effectively implement projects and policies related to the agriculture and industrial sectors in particular.

The government hopes that this change in the advisory board will add new dynamics to the domestic economy, industry and trade, and administrative activities.
