Tarique Rahman, chairman of BNP and prime minister, has joined an organisational discussion meeting with leaders of the Pabna and Chapainawabganj district units of Rajshahi division, aimed at further organising and strengthening the party at the grassroots level. The discussion meeting began at the BNP chairman's office in Gulshan in the capital around 7pm on Thursday (August 20). Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, the party's newly appointed acting secretary general, along with divisional-level leaders, are present at the meeting.

বিএনপিকে তৃণমূল পর্যায়ে আরও সুসংগঠিত ও শক্তিশালী করার লক্ষ্যে রাজশাহী বিভাগের পাবনা ও চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ জেলা শাখার নেতাদের সঙ্গে সাংগঠনিক আলোচনা সভায় যোগ দিয়েছেন দলটির চেয়ারম্যান ও প্রধানমন্ত্রী তারেক রহমান। বৃহস্পতিবার (২০ আগস্ট) সন্ধ্যা ৭টার দিকে রাজধানীর গুলশানে বিএনপি চেয়ারম্যানের কার্যালয়ে এ আলোচনা সভা শুরু হয়। সভায় দলের নবনিযুক্ত ভারপ্রাপ্ত মহাসচিব রুহুল কবির রিজভীসহ বিভাগীয় পর্যায়ের নেতারা উপস্থিত রয়েছেন।
