Tarique Rahman pledges support for Milestone tragedy's affected families

BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman has assured continued support for the families of those killed and injured in the Milestone tragedy, pledging efforts to ensure proper treatment and assistance for the victims.

Speaking in front of the BNP chairperson’s office in Gulshan on Wednesday afternoon (January 21), Tarique Rahman met members of affected families who staged a human chain demanding support for victims of the aircraft crash. He listened to their grievances and expressed solidarity with them.

He said the BNP would engage with the interim government to ensure advanced medical treatment for the injured.

He also vowed that if the BNP comes to power after the election, the party would take effective measures to realise the legitimate demands of the affected families.

Expressing deep condolences, he said the BNP remains committed to humanitarian values and to standing beside people in times of crisis.
