Tarique Rahman visits to BNP central office in Nayapaltan

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman on Monday (December 29) visited the party’s central office in the capital's Nayapaltan, for the first time in one and a half decades. He arrived at the office at 4:06pm.

Upon arrival, Tarique Rahman waved to waiting party leaders and activists from the second-floor veranda, prompting cheers and excitement among the crowd.

Senior BNP leaders present included advisers Abdus Salam and Farhad Halim Donar, Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed, Joint Secretary General Habib un Nabi Khan Sohel, Treasurer Rashiduzzaman Millat, ‘Amra BNP Poribar’ convener Atikur Rahman Rumon, executive committee member Shahrin Islam Tuhin, and Dhaka Metropolitan South BNP member-secretary Tanvir Ahmed Robin, along with other central and metropolitan leaders.

Thousands of party activists gathered in front of the central office to welcome Tarique Rahman on the occasion.
