From Gaza to Iran: We hear cries of people
Just two weeks ago, the eyes of the entire world were on Gaza. All around there was rubble, the cries of bloodied children, the wails of refugees. People, having lost their homes, were fleeing toward unknown destinations. Children stared with helpless eyes due to lack of food. Their gaze repeatedly questioned our conscience. Bombs were even dropped on those shelters where the helpless sought their last refuge for safety.

Unless peace is restored swiftly, US President Donald Trump has threatened to strike again with precision at the remaining targets. Iran retaliated through compromise. Iran informed in advance and then attacked the American base in Qatar. After the US had evacuated everything from the base, Iran launched its missiles.
A distant war, a real threat for Bangladesh

We are a resource-deficient country, heavily dependent on imports for most of our energy and basic needs.
