Army Headquarters issued orders on Monday, February 23, promoting two senior officers and assigning them important responsibilities. Major General Mohammad Asadullah Minhazul Alam, GOC of the 10th Infantry Division and Cox's Bazar Area Commander, has been promoted to Lieutenant General and appointed as GOC of the Artillery Department. On the other hand, Brigadier General Golam Mohiuddin Ahmed Mahi, serving as director of a directorate at Army Headquarters, has been promoted to Major General and appointed as GOC of the 10th Infantry Division and Cox's Bazar Area Commander.
