Why Fakhrul should not be granted bail: HC

The HC bench of Justice Shahed Nuruddin and Justice Md Salim passed the order on Thursday (December 7).
Meanwhile, the HC bench issued a rule asking the authorities as to why he should not be granted bail in the case. The court gave the state seven days to respond.
Lawyers Joynul Abedin and Sagir Hossain Lian moved for the petitioner in the court.
Earlier on Sunday, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir appealed to the High Court (HC) for bail in the case.
