Former IGP Abdullah Al-Mamun enters tribunal
Former inspector general of police Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun was brought to the International Crimes Tribunal in the case over crimes against humanity committed during the July–August movement. Former prime minister Sheikh Hasina and former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal remain fugitives. The verdict will be delivered today in their absence.
